We can take massive steps towards achieving your goal through our comprehensive weight management course.

This is an 8 week course designed to educate you in how to create a solid balanced lifestyle, developing good clean eating habits, understanding exercise and most of all how it all fits together! But the support does not stop there! Your trainer is on hand throughout the course for guidance to ensure you achieve as much as possible from your course.

What Does the course consist of?

  • 8 weeks x 2 hour sessions (16 hours contact time with an Evolution Fitness Professional)
  • 16 hours contact time with a trainer for less than £10 per hour!
  • Full Course literature
  • 30 minutes Lifestyle tracking and planning
  • 45 minutes of nutritional education with guidance of an interactive portfolio and the trainer’s nutritional knowledge.
  • 45 minute exercise based practical learning class again with hands on teaching from trainer.
