About Phil

With over 12 years of Fitness Rehabilitation experience and 8 years of experience and education in the Health and Fitness industry, I created Evolution Fitness Professionals in June 2006, with a vision to offer the public more than just a Personal Training Service, but to encompass all the needs any client may have within one team.

I have had consistent success helping people to achieve various health and fitness goals such as weight loss and physical rehabilitation whilst educating them to improve their lifestyle and make these changes for the better for themselves and their families.

In the last few years, I have been featured in newspapers giving fitness and dietary tips and in late 2010 I appeared in Sky1s FAT Families, along side Ex-Fat Boy turned Fat Busting Life Coach, Steve Miller as we helped The Brookes Family along on the start of their weight loss journey.

My personal interests lay in maintaining fitness by participating in a varied modes of exercise; Boxing, Kung-Fu, Mixed Martial Arts, Self Defense, Keysi, MilSim Training, Rock Climbing and variety of other outdoor pursuits. I also enjoys non fitness related hobbies such as Music & Film Making, Playing the Guitar and Drums as well as Foreign Travel & Exploration and recently Clay Pigeon Shooting.
