And at this time of year training outdoors in locations such as your local parks, playing fields, playgrounds & beaches are great locations in which to really build your cardio, strength and endurance abilities plus allow you the freedom to train in a variety of ways and in a more functional way.
So what do you need to train outdoors & to achieve your training goals this spring?
1) Your Trainers (somthing you dont mind wrecking)
2) Sensible Clothing (light and breathable)
3) Water (keep hydrated)
4) Exercise ideas such as Press ups, tricep dips, squats, lunges, sprints and ab curls
5) And of course, YOU!
By just putting your trainers on and utilizing the biggest gym of all the Great Outdoors, you can achieve so much, you can make your training fun, enjoyable and more importantly specific to your training goals and every session can be different from the last!
